Insurances, cancellations..

Here you´ll find our insurance policy

We are an ACAVe accredited travel agent (020S02304CAV) and affiliated with the guarantee fund. This means that you get your money back if we got into financial problems.

DEPOSIT

When booking we ask for a deposit of 1/3rd of the price. This deposit guarantees the reservation and is non-refundable. 6 weeks before departure, we will settle the remaining 2/3 of the invoice.

Once you pay an advance you agree to the general terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small-scale travel agency and work with small-scale boutique hotels. We are therefore forced to impose the following cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation up to 1 month before departure, the deposit will be withheld.

If you cancel within 4 weeks before departure, 100% will be charged

In the event of cancellation of one or more people within a group, we will settle the common costs among the other participants.

FietsCat is not responsible for changed or canceled flights. The guest himself books the flight tickets.

Our transfers to and from Girona or Perpignan airport are included between 7am and 10pm. Outside these hours you must book a taxi yourself.

We recommend taking out cancellation and assistance insurance on your own initiative.
