Here you´ll find our flexible Covid-19 policy

In order to serve you even better, we have adjusted our terms and conditions:

• As a result of Covid, we will exceptionally not work with an advance in 2021
• We assess the situation in Spain 4 weeks before departure. If there are no problems at the travel destination, you pay the full amount within a week
• If there is a travel ban between the payment of the balance and the departure, you can opt for a full refund, rebooking to a later date or voucher.
• for all other extra cancellation and assistance insurance policies, we work with a click through to Europ Assistance
